A monthly retainer for firms that want their change-order, job-costing, or estimating systems rolled out across the team and kept current, rather than handed over once and left to drift. We tune the automations, assistants, and workbooks as your work changes, and we are on call for the questions that come up.

A guided rollout of your Build across crews and offices. Monthly upkeep of the automations, tuned assistants, and workbooks in your accounts. A standing working call to set priorities and work through what is not landing. New scenarios and templates as your process grows.
How it works
We start with a short call to set priorities, then work in monthly cycles. Slots are limited so each engagement gets real attention; pricing scales with the size of the operation and the number of systems under management.
Gain-share option for larger firms
For firms at roughly $25M in revenue and above, the retainer can be paired with a success fee tied to verified recovery against an agreed baseline, with a cap and floor. We scope that separately once a baseline can be measured. It is never pure contingency.
