Free tools and the free review
The browser tools and the beta Operations Review are free, so there is nothing to refund. If one of them disappoints you, tell us anyway — that feedback is how they get better.
Audits and written reviews
- Before we start: cancel any time before we begin work on your audit and you get a full refund, no questions asked.
- After delivery:a written audit can’t be un-read, so delivered audits are generally non-refundable. But if the deliverable doesn’t match the scope promised on its service page, email us within 14 days: we’ll revise it, and if we can’t make it right, we’ll refund the fee.
- Remember the credit: if you act on what an audit finds, the full fee is credited toward the matching Build, so you never pay twice for the same diagnosis.
Builds
Builds are scoped in writing before work begins. Cancel before work starts for a full refund. If you cancel mid-Build, you pay only for the work completed to that point and the remainder is refunded. Once a Build is delivered and confirmed working in your tools, the fee is non-refundable.
Operations Partner retainer
The retainer is month to month. Cancel any time and billing stops at the end of the current paid month; we don’t refund partial months, and there is no cancellation fee or lock-in.
How to request a refund
Email [email protected] from the address you bought with and tell us what fell short. We reply within two business days, and approved refunds go back to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
