First-party analytics
We run our own analytics on our own servers. We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with third-party advertising networks. Analytics only run after you accept cookies via the banner on the site; if you decline, no analytics cookies are set and no usage data is collected.
What we collect
- Pages you visit and how you navigate between them.
- Approximate location (country, and state/province) derived from your IP address. We store a one-way hash of your IP, not the IP itself.
- Your browser's timezone, device type, browser, and OS.
- How you found us (referring site and campaign tags).
- Interactions such as clicks, scroll depth, and (for a sampled subset of visits) session recordings, to help us improve the site.
- If you submit an email through one of our forms, we associate it with your activity so we can follow up.
Cookies
With your consent we set first-party cookies to recognise your browser across a visit and between visits. These are used only for the analytics described above.
Retention
Raw analytics and any session recordings are automatically deleted after a fixed retention window. Aggregated, non-identifying counts may be kept longer.
